Proprietary software redefining preclinical trials

TADmaps® is a proprietary software that includes a mathematical model built to normalize preclinical trials in TADhuMouse® and clinical trials in humans. This software allows a bidirectional weighted mapping of experimental data on the efficacy of drugs between the two biological systems.
The mathematical model leverages from data collected over more than 10 years in the humanized model for standard antimalarials in clinical use for which there are established total efficacious clinical doses.

TADmaps® allows the prediction of realistic estimates of efficacious total dose for treatment of humans for new drugs, reducing uncertainty in the design of subsequent clinical studies.
